Establishing a Framework of Neighborhoods

The Neighborhoods at Loma Rica will be a collection of unique places that are different in physical design, yet share the common characteristics of a traditional neighborhood. Each neighborhood will have a distinctive Neighborhood Center, provide a mix of uses and encourage interaction between people of the community and the region. This plan will offer an opportunity lacking in today’s conventional development and sprawl: “housing choice”. A wide range of housing will serve a diversity of incomes and lifestyles within the same neighborhood.

To provide the mix and character of traditional neighborhoods, this plan is designed to integrate Workforce Housing into individual neighborhoods to allow residents of all income levels to take full advantage of the amenities of Loma Rica.
